Andrew Dodds
Belfast-born artist Andrew Dodds is currently based in London. He is particularly noted for his collaborative works researching our historical and cultural relationship with ‘nature’, landscape, voice and the shared potentialities of public space. Dodds's work is exhibited and commissioned internationally at major public galleries, artist-run spaces and sites beyond the gallery. Exhibitions include Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, Gateshead; Tarrahan-e Azad Gallery, Iran; TULCA, Galway Museum; Barbican Centre, London; Ikon Gallery, Birmingham; The Architecture Centre, Bristol; Grizedale Arts, Cumbria; and Gallery 400, Chicago. He has received awards from The Elephant Trust, the British Council, Arts Council England, CREATE and University College London, among others, and he’s currently Research Fellow at Central St Martins, London.
