Visiting Derry~Londonderry

Northern Ireland is served by flights into City of Derry Airport, Belfast International Airport, and George Best City Airport. Scheduled air services operate from nearly all major airports in Britain. Travelling by car to Derry~Londonderry takes around one and a half hours from Belfast driving on the A6, and around three hours from Dublin driving on the M1.
Translinks’ Goldline Express buses run between Belfast and Derry~Londonderry operates every 30 minutes from Monday to Saturday. The Goldline Express/Bus Éireann service from Dublin operates services to Derry-Londonderry every two hours daily. See Translink for details: www.translink.co.uk
Free Bus Service
A free bus operated by Airporter will run from Dublin via Belfast to Derry~Londonderry on December 1st. It will depart from Fire Station Artists' Studios, 11 Buckingham Street Lower, Dublin, at 2:30 pm, and arrive at Golden Thread Gallery, 84-94 Great Patrick Street, Belfast at 5 pm. The bus will return to Belfast from CCA at midnight. Seating is limited. Reserve a place by contacting us at info@cca-derry-londonderry.org.
Travelers from Dublin are advised to consider staying overnight in Derry~Londonderry, return to Belfast at midnight or return to Dublin on the Bus Éireann service at 11 pm from the bus station, located at 22 Foyle Street. See Bus Éireann for details: www.buseireann.ie
