Announcing Residency Programmes
CCA is pleased to announce our Outbound Residency Programme, which allows visual arts professionals based in Northern Ireland in the early stages of their careers, to relocate to Berlin for one month. A call for applications will be circulated soon. Our Inbound Residency is by invitation only and is directly tied to our exhibitions and public Programmes. Upcoming residents include writer Maria Fusco, artist Jesse Jones, and curator Maiko Tanaka.
CCA’s programming during City of Culture will examine questions around notions of labour and spare-time. During next year, we are looking to host someone with a PhD in art, art history or a related field in residence. The proposed research undertaken does not have to relate to our programming, however, it would be considered an asset.
An expression of interest should be sent Monday, October 1st, to the following email address: apply@cca-derry-londonderry.org. The application should not exceed three pages and support material no more than ten. For more information about this programme, please contact us via the address above.
