HOLO is a performance-lecture by Kevin Burns, commissioned by CCA that reconsiders ‘stammering’, or ‘stuttering’, as having the potential to expand what it means to speak, rather than being a problem to ‘overcome’. The lecture offers a parallel between the speech pattern of stammering and the fragmented yet holistic pattern of information on the world wide web.
