Derry Halloween 2026 | After Hours//After Dark

28, 29, 30 & 31 October 2026, 9–11pm

For Derry Halloween 2026 the Centre for Contemporary Derry~Londonderry brings After Hours//After Dark to the festival's late night audience. This event, allows visitors to experience contemporary art in after-hours setting until 11pm.

For this night time gallery event, you get the chance for a late night experience of CCA's current exhibition The Night Journal. This event takes its lead from the exhibition's theme of reconstructions of the night, a group exhibition featuring new and existing work by emerging artists from Northern Ireland, intergenerational and international artists.

After Hours//After Dark is accompanied by a selected soundtrack, adding something more to the experience. The exhibiting artists have chosen tracks for an atmospheric playlist. Come along to experience contemporary art after hours, comfy seating, chill zone, listen to some selected tunes while grabbing a refreshment from our donations bar! Book your free place via CCA's online shop here. Suitable for 18 and over!
