Announcing CCA Derry~Londonderry

CCA Derry~Londonderry has grown out of the Context Gallery, an organisation which has supported young and emerging artists from the north of Ireland, and showcased their international peers for twenty years. New Co-Directors of the CCA Derry~Londonderry, Aileen Burns and Johan Lundh will connect their immediate context with the international scene by bringing international artists to the city to produce new works and sending Irish artists abroad. The new venue will foster a wide range of artistic, curatorial and critical practices through four streams: on-site exhibitions, off-site projects, public Programmes, and in- and outbound residencies.
Join us in celebrating the growth of the arts in Derry~Londonderry on Saturday, March 31st, 5pm - 9pm at our future home: 10-12 Artillery Street. Local DJ Stephen McCauly will provide entertainment and refreshments will be served.
